This deck plan is for a 216 ft2, single level deck with a decorative pergola, and privacy screens on both sides of the deck. There is a lot of fine detail here with custom privacy screens in addition to the standard lattice privacy screens.
The example deck in the photo has been upgraded with composite decking instead of the standard wood decking.
