The unique deck plan is for a very high 207 ft2 deck. The elevated main deck is accessible from the main level of the house with a large set of stairs down to the ground. Above that there is a smaller second level which serves as a balcony, only accessible from the second floor of the house.
The railing of the deck in the photo has been upgraded with aluminum balusters in place of the standard wood balusters.
