This deck plan is for an on-ground pool deck. It features stairs down from the house, or other previously existing deck, and has planter boxes built into the stairs. This very large deck extends 3/4 of the way around the pool providing lots of space for lounge chairs and entertaining.
The completed project in the photo is finished with composite deck boards and has low voltage lighting integrated into the steps for improved safety, and to provide a warm glow after dark.
